The annual Fort Foster Rendezvous will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 8-9
at Hillsborough River State Park, 15402 U.S. 301 N in Thonotosassa.
The event at the Fort Foster State Historic Site features military members, Seminoles, civilians, sutlers, traders and
craft demonstrations. There will be firing demonstrations and a skirmish
between Seminoles and soldiers after 1 p.m. both days.
The cost is $5 person for the Hillsborough River State Park Preservation Society. Call the park at (813) 987-6870 for information.
