Local YMCA events this week

1. Fontaine Gills Family YMCA is partnering with Agape Food Bank to provide each child in the north Lakeland community with a free tote bag filled with healthy food. Southeastern University athletes will be there to play sports with the kids while the parents learn about programs. Come out today, Wednesday from 2pm - 5pm.    2. Join the Winter Haven Y for Family Fun & Fitness at the Fountain this Saturday 9am to 11am! We will meet downtown Winter Haven by the fountain 9am for Family Zumba and 10am for Family Circuit Training and more! Family Fun & Fitness is a community partnership with the City of Winter Haven, Winter Haven Hospital, and Main Street Winter Haven. Come help us build a healthier community!
