Audition Information December 12th & 13th at 5:30 pm You may come either night The Lake Mirror Theatre 121 S. Lake Ave. Lakeland, FL 33801 Please prepare 16 bars of music to sing. Bring sheet music with you; we will provide an accompanist. No monologue necessary; you may be asked to read from a script. Be ready to learn & perform a short choreographed routine with a small group. Please dress for movement, and bring dance shoes if you have them. You may be asked to stay the duration of the evening for the audition process, so please prepare accordingly.

Audition Requirements Three Male & Three to Four Female roles available for ages 11 & up. Must be a strong singer & actor. Eight to Ten Ensemble roles available for boys & girls ages 8 & up. Must be a strong singer & dancer. No Experience Necessary! We love to see new talent at LCT! The rehearsal process will be during the day over the Polk County Schools Holiday Break, and in January, rehearsals will be in the evenings Monday thru Friday from 6:00 to 8:30 pm*. Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal. Performance dates are January 25th & 26th at 10:00 am, Jan. 27th at 7:30 pm, Jan. 28th at 2:00 & 7:30 pm, and Jan 29th at 2:00 pm. If you are cast, you are required to be at all performances. *Rehearsal schedule subject to change.

Meet Santa and his merry mammals – REAL REINDEER – and light up your holidays during the 12^th annual Wild Wonderland. Spread some seasonal cheer this year as you explore the Zoo’s whimsical world of holiday magic with wondrous animated displays like the new Wonder & Delight, Frozen Forest and Visions of Sugarplums. Enjoy free rides and savor traditional holiday treats from the Zoo’s own “Sweet Shoppe.”

Pumpkin Fun for your family ! Pumpkin Fun ideas, and the Music Connections' 4th Annual Pumpkin Party ! Saturday, Oct. 8th

I love PUMPKINS, a fun symbol of Fall and all it's warmth (pumpkin pie) and humor (jack-o-lanterns). My favorite Fall pumpkin chant with young children is a lap bounce: Pumpkin, Pumpkin, sitting on the wall (bounce child on lap) Pumpkin, Pumpkin, tip and fall, (bounce, then gently let them tip over and fall) Pumpkin, Pumpkin, rolling down the street, (Roll hands, or roll on floor) Pumpkin, Pumpkin... October Special Event 4th Annual Pumkin Party !!! TWO Family Event (grandparents welcome too) For this month's Kindermusik Playdate, we have stories, songs, lap bounces, finger plays, games, and crafts all focused on MY favorite icon of Fall: PUMPKINS !!! When: October 8th 9:30 am. Baby event (3-23 months, or so) 10:45 am. Family Event (1 - 7 yrs old, or so) Where: In Tune Studios Cost: $20 for the first child, + $10 for each extra child participating in class and crafts, etc. It's been such a big hit for the past three years, I just HAVE to do it again !!! This is the first year I've developed a special pumpkin Playdate just for babies. AND, all families will LOVE the new music and fun NEW activities I've added this year. As soon as you enroll, you will recieve an email with a PLAYLIST of all the songs that we will use in the class, as well as a download code and a link to play.kindermusik.com. This will allow you and your child to start listening and becoming familiar with the music, preparing for wonderfully engaging participation in this music experience.
